AESARA Intern Projects
The objective of this project was to redesign Aesara's email signature by converting PNG icons to clean, scalable SVG formats. The focus was on creating a cohesive and modern visual style while ensuring clarity and consistency across all roles. Each role icon was refined for a more polished appearance, utilizing distinct colors and Greek letter symbols to differentiate team members effectively.
Before & After
We also updated Aesara’s Meet our team members page to use the new icons. In the team listing, each member’s profile card now displays the corresponding colored Greek letter icon next to their name. This integration ensures that the visual identity we created for email signatures carries over to the web, providing a consistent experience no matter where someone encounters Aesara’s team information.
A new visual system was developed to categorize each team by specific colors, making it easy for recipients to identify team members at a glance. Each department was assigned a distinct color and symbol:

Each of these visual elements helped communicate the benefits of the redesign. The consistent use of color and symbolism across email and web platforms makes the company’s communications feel unified and professional, while the switch to SVG icons guarantees that everything looks sharp and polished for all users.
In this project, I created a series of branded video assets for Aesara to foster a sense of unity and belonging among team members. The assets include three animated phone wallpapers for internal use, a dynamic LinkedIn banner featuring abstract visuals in Aesara’s brand colors, and laptop video backgrounds designed for each team, incorporating team-specific icons and colors. These assets promote visual consistency and a stronger brand connection across personal devices and professional profiles.
I helped various teams enhance their presentations by designing professional PowerPoint templates, refining visuals, replacing low-quality images, and creating a modern, polished look. I also summarized complex content and turned key points into clear, easy-to-understand visuals, making it easier for clients to grasp important details and improving the overall impact of their presentations.

I use different AI tools to make my work more efficient and creative. Tools like Photoshop AI, MidJourney, and ChatGPT help me speed up design tasks, generate ideas, and refine content. I also use Zoom AI and other platforms to support collaboration and communication during projects.
By combining AI with my design skills, I can deliver faster and more polished results. Whether it’s creating visuals, writing content, or improving workflows, I explore the best AI tools to enhance my work and bring fresh solutions to every project.
